The machine come standard with a moving dross box fume extraction table that allows you to remove the the dross box and replace with a spare to reduce machine down time. Trident - Plasma and Flame Cutting Machine
High Volume, Heavy Duty Plasma and oxy Cutting Machhine
The Farley Laserlab Trident is a large footprint multi-torch cutting machine designed to deliver precision, high definition plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting and drilling. The Trident is ideally suited to high volume cutting environments such as shipyards, steel services & distribution centres and shops that require continuous operation - 3 shifts per day, year after year.

The Farley Laserlab Trident achieves it's accuracy and high productivity by utilizing single piece fabricated beam construction, which eliminates bolted joints. Combined with twin side-drives through high precision planetary gear boxes, the result is an extreme, strong, long and lasting machine capable of plasma profiling speeds of up to 20m/min and rapid speeds of 30m/min, yet retaining the rigidity to accept up to 6 torches for multi-torch plate cutting of 250mm thick material. The Trident also has a BT 40 drilling head with an 8 pocket tool changer with drilling capacity up to 32mm diameter holes.

MERLIN- High Production Plasma Cutting Machine
The Farley Laserlab Merlin plasma machine is a plate dragging style machine where the cutting head moves in the X axis and the plate moves in the Y axis. It also incorporates a conveyor belt system for the automatic unloading and sorting of both parts and scrap material. This system is ideal for cutting a high number of small parts as it does away with costly unloading and part gathering time when compared to a standard bed style plasma machine.
The Merlin machine is setup to the customer's requirements. Farley Laserlab will look at the customers style of part and production and then advise as to the best machine configuration.
