Laser Roller Texturing Equipment
The HGL-HAT4000 laser texturing equipment for huge rollers produced by Farley Laserlab is used for iron and steel factorys cold-rolled roller texturing. It can be used to process the high surface requirement roller. This processing can extend the rollers service life by 12-14%. The surface roughness of the roller is uniform and controllable. It features the high productivity, perfect texturing quality, improving the punching performance of the steel sheet. During the processing, there is no pollution and noise. It is a substitution for the spraying granulating and electrical sparking processing technology.
